Classes in Delgany & online

Weekly classes are live-streamed and available as recordings for 3 days after class takes place.  Online Drop-in fee is €10, and an online 10 class pass is €90. In-person Drop-in is €20. Classes in France

In-person Led Ashtanga classes in Saint Quentin La Poterie run from May to July and throughout September on Mondays, from 10:30 am to 11:15 am. Please email hello@rionachoflynn.com or call 0647909195 to enquire or book your place.  .

Ashtanga Mysore-style (in person)
Mondays 9 am – 11 am

Mysore-style self practice is the traditional way to practise Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. The teacher quietly guides and supports you on a one-to-one basis in a group setting, helping you establish a self-practice that is suitable for your body, mind and stage of life. You are taught the Ashtanga sequence at a pace that works for you, learning to synchronise breath and movement and slowly, as the weeks go by, cultivating your own practice. It’s a beautiful way to practise, with the relative quiet in the space and the  support and energy of the group  helping to make the practice the moving meditation it’s designed to be.

Led Ashtanga Class (online)
Wednesdays – 8 am to 9:15 am

A half-primary led class that takes you through to Navasana (boat pose), then moves into backbends and the finishing sequence. Ashtanga is a strong, dynamic style of yoga that combines movement with breath to create a meditative flow that enhances flexibility, builds strength and calms the mind. All levels are welcome. 

Release & Restore (in person)
Monthly class  – 9:30 am – 11:30 am (see timetable for next date)

Release & Restore is a monthly in-person class that starts with a number of profoundly releasing Yin yoga poses, followed by a Yoga Nidra (guided meditation, lying down). Deeply relaxing, the class is designed to release tension in the body, enhance flexibility and calm the mind. Good for those who prefer a slower pace or those who like to balance their stronger, dynamic practice with a Yin-like practice. All levels are welcome.

Breathe & Meditate (online)
First Tuesday of every month, 8 am – 9 am

This 60-minute class is designed to open the body and calm the mind. A short Sun Salutation sequence opens the class to wake up the energetic body and prepare the mind for the Pranayama and Meditation sequence that follows. A deeply relaxing guided Shavasana closes the class. All levels are welcome.

Please bring your mat to class – Jade Yoga mats are available at my online store (free local delivery). Bolsters, blocks and belts will be provided, but please bring your own Shavasana blanket and eye pillow, if you use one. Thank you.
