“Yoga has been in my life for over 20 years now. I teach classical hatha yoga in the Ashtanga tradition, as well as Yin yoga, Pranayama and Meditation. I love to inspire people to take up their own yoga practice so they will enjoy the life-long benefits it brings for body and mind. “
Online & In-person Classes
Sunday Ashtanga Mysore-style classes, monthly workshops and teacher trainings are held in person at the garden studio. A weekly Breathe & Meditate class (with recordings available for 3 days after the live stream) is held online.
Teacher Training & Further Study
I run 200-hr Yoga Alliance Professionals Certified Teacher Training Courses over 4 months from October to May and 2 months in July and August. I also teach 1/2 day immersions, ‘Exploring Yoga”, every month in Delgany.
Workshops & Retreats
Time away from routine – whether it’s a half a day workshop or a few days’ retreat – is a great way to go deeper with yoga. I teach regular workshops in Delgany and host retreats in the South of France for students and teachers alike.
